Hijab verdict, victory for all – MSSN Agboyi Ketu

The entire muslim students and parents in our community and its environ relishes with delight on the verdict at the appellate court as it strikes out the motion seeking an injunction to stop the usage of hijab in public establishment in the state.

Hence, this has further entrenched the legality of the apparel as provided for in the constitution thus making it a criminal offence for any body to harass a female muslim wearing the hijab.

We are happy that our rights has been further given a boost and so we rejoice on this feats being championed by the ever resilient leadership of the society at the state level in person of Mallam Saheed Ashafa, Ph.D and the entire cabinet member, we is identified with you and pray that Allah sees us through when the case  go to the supreme court.

Indeed, Allah is with those that are patient.
