“All that is beauty is Islam”, Erudite Cleric Says

The sentiment that all that is beautiful is Islam has been further expressed. This was done during the Public Lecture done as part of activities in the second phase of the 100th Islamic Vacation Course (IVC) organised by the Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria, Lagos State Area Unit.

In a lecture titled “Islam: The Beauty of the World”, the Guest Lecturer, Alhaji Abdulhamid Solate spoke didactically about how the pure religion of Islam is the direct representation of peace and ease as against the fallacious depiction of the media.

Present at the lecture were notable personalities within Noforija, Epe. Among them were the Chief Imam of Okemagba Central Mosque, Epe who also doubles as the President, League of Imams and Alfas, Eredo Local Council Development Area, Imam Soliu Abdul Hameed; the Deputy Imam of Ibonwon, Epe who is also Deputy President of the League , Alhaji W. O. Isma’eel.
Also there were the Chief Imam of Noforija Central Mosque, Imam Banjo Bariu, Imam Abdul Wasiu Abdul Gaffar who is the Deputy Imam, Pobo Central Mosque and a past Amir-president, MSSN Epe Area Council.

Alhaji Solate explained how Islam taught humans to deal with one another peacefully, how the many problems of the world are found solved and remedied in Islam. He added that world economic challenges can be solved through abstinence from bribery and interest; many diseases could be cured by the prophylactic measures that Islam laid.

The all-encompassing lecture ended with an advice to the public to embrace Islam without compromising its beauty for what is less. TV IVC through its correspondence, Abdulalim Ajenifuja gathered from the public that the lecture was mind blowing.
